ServiceNow Administrator and Developer

We require a skilled ServiceNow administrator and developer to administer and develop our ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in administering and enhancing the ServiceNow platform, with particular expertise in IT Service Management (ITSM) and Human Resources Service Delivery (HRSD) modules.

Key Duties

• Administering the ServiceNow platform, including user roles, workflows, data policies, and access controls.
• Developing and supporting custom applications, workflows, business rules, client scripts, and UI policies.
• Configuring and supporting ITSM modules such as Incident, Problem, Change, Knowledge, and Request Management.
• Implementing and managing HRSD features, including case management and employee self-service portals.
• Maintaining the platform through routine updates, upgrades, and performance tuning.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to design scalable solutions.
• Managing Service Catalog items, workflows, and automation capabilities.
• Ensuring compliance with governance standards and security protocols.

Essential Skills and Qualifications

• At least 3 years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow administration.
• Experience with ITSM module configuration and management.
• Knowledge of HRSD and employee experience functionalities.
• Understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture and best practices.
• Skills in Workflows, Business Rules, UI Policies, and Client Scripts.
• Familiarity with Service Catalog, Reporting, and Performance Analytics.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
