ServiceNow Platform Engineer Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Platform Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in troubleshooting, software development, infrastructure management, programming, and database administration on the ServiceNow platform.

The selected individual will be responsible for identifying and resolving technical issues efficiently, designing, developing, and implementing software applications on the ServiceNow platform, planning, configuring, and managing infrastructure components to ensure optimal performance, developing custom scripts and integrations using various programming languages, and designing, implementing, and maintaining databases to support business operations.

• Troubleshooting skills are essential, as is proficiency in software development.
• A strong analytical and problem-solving ability is crucial, along with experience working in an Agile environment.
• ServiceNow certification is an advantage, but not required. Key Responsibilities

Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve technical issues efficiently.

Software Development: Design, develop, and implement software applications on the ServiceNow platform.

Infrastructure Management: Plan, configure, and manage infrastructure components to ensure optimal performance.

Programming: Develop custom scripts and integrations using various programming languages.

Database Administration: Design, implement, and maintain databases to support business operations.

A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field is necessary, and relevant experience is also required.
