Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Servicenow Software Engineer to join our team in Noida. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Servicenow development, customization, and integration, with the ability to deliver scalable and effective solutions aligned with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Development & Customization: Design and develop custom applications, workflows, UI policies, client scripts, and business rules on the Servicenow platform.
• Integration: Integrate Servicenow with internal/external systems using REST, SOAP, and other web services.
• Module Configuration: Customize and configure ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, and other Servicenow modules based on requirements.
• Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot technical issues and ensure optimal performance of the Servicenow platform.
• User Support: Provide technical support and assistance to users and stakeholders.
• Documentation: Create detailed technical documentation for configurations, developments, and integrations.
• Collaboration: Work closely with business analysts, project managers, and cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
• Testing: Conduct system and integration testing to validate functionality and performance.
• Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for improvement and contribute to refining development practices.

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 7 years of experience in Servicenow development and customization.
• Strong technical skills in JavaScript, GlideScript, HTML, CSS, and AngularJS.
• Proven experience in Servicenow integrations using REST/SOAP APIs.
• Experience configuring ITSM, ITOM, HRSD modules.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
• Ability to work in a collaborative team environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Servicenow certifications such as CSA (Certified System Administrator) or CAD (Certified Application Developer).
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams.
• Exposure to ITIL processes and enterprise IT environments.
