ServiceNow Platform Engineer Role \

The role of a ServiceNow Platform Engineer involves troubleshooting, software development, infrastructure management, programming, and database administration on the ServiceNow platform. The engineer will be responsible for identifying and resolving issues, developing new features, managing the infrastructure, writing code, and maintaining databases to ensure seamless operation of the platform. \

This is a contract remote position that requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as proficiency in Infrastructure management, Programming, and Database administration. Experience working in an Agile environment and ServiceNow certification are highly valued. A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field is also required. \

• Troubleshooting and Software Development: Identifying and resolving issues with software applications and systems.
