Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Technology Lead to join our team. The successful candidate will have extensive experience in ServiceNow, specifically in design, development, and post-production support.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions
• Provide expert-level support and guidance on ServiceNow-related matters
• Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including end-users and Service Request teams
• Stay up-to-date with the latest ServiceNow features and functionality
• Contribute to the development of best practices and standards within the organization

Qualifications:

• 9+ years of experience in ServiceNow design, development, and post-production support
• Proven track record of delivering high-quality ServiceNow solutions
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
