Job Title: ServiceNow Administrator
We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow administrator to join our team. As a proactive and experienced professional, you will play a key role in ensuring our ServiceNow environment runs smoothly.
- Administer and maintain the ServiceNow platform, including user roles, workflows, data policies, and access controls.
- Configure and support ITSM modules such as Incident, Problem, Change, Knowledge, and Request Management.
- Implement and manage HRSD features, including case management and employee self-service portals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and support custom applications, workflows, business rules, client scripts, and UI policies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and design scalable solutions.
- Manage Service Catalog items, workflows, and automation capabilities.
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow administration.
- Proven experience with ITSM module configuration and management.
- Practical knowledge of HRSD and employee experience functionalities.
Preferred Qualifications:
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).
- Additional certifications in ITSM, HRSD, or related modules.
- Experience working in Agile and/or ITIL-based environments.
