This role is ideal for individuals with hands-on experience in CMDB implementations and a proven track record in CSDM and SPM.

• At least 2 successful CMDB implementations under your belt.
• Hands-on experience with CSDM, having implemented it at least once.
• A proven track record in Service Portfolio Management (SPM), with at least one implementation.

During the interview process, we will ask you to describe in detail your role, key decisions, challenges faced, results achieved, and business impact of your work in each implementation.Key Requirements:
