We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Developer to join our team. As a ServiceNow Developer, you will be responsible for designing and implementing custom solutions using the ServiceNow platform. ">

Key Responsibilities: ">

• Design and implement custom solutions using the ServiceNow platform">
• Develop strong expertise in Workspaces, UI Builder, Flow Designer, and Portal development">
• Integrate with 3rd party tools using scripted APIs and Integration Hub">
• Maintain excellent knowledge of the ServiceNow Platform and its core features">
• Provide support for portal management and customization">
• Assist in testing strategy and execution, specification writing, and troubleshooting">
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth release management and code versioning">
• Stay up-to-date with ITIL processes and best practices">

Requirements: ">

• 6+ years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow CSM and ITSM">
• Strong problem-solving skills and agile methodology experience">
• Excellent communication and documentation skills">
• Knowledge of scripting languages (e.g., JavaScript) and RESTful APIs">
• Familiarity with ITSM and ITIL processes">
