ServiceNow IT Specialist

We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Developer to fill this role. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop custom applications using HRSD module
• Configure ITSM, CMDB, and Integrations
• Design and implement CSM integration, incident management, case management, request management, change management, and IT service management solutions
• Implement ITAM, HAM, and SAM modules
• Support SecOps in the PST time zone
• Manage SAM and SAM PRO applications
• Upgrade ITSM, FSM, and ServiceNow systems
• Integrate FSM with other modules
• Set up Integration Hub & SPO (Sourcing and Procurement Operations)
• Integrate SolarWinds with ServiceNow Work Schedule:

6:00 PM - 2:30 AM IST (PST equivalent) Required Skills and Qualifications:

5+ years of experience in ServiceNow development

Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform

Familiarity with ITSM, CMDB, and Integrations

Experience in developing custom applications

Excellent problem-solving skills
