ServiceNow Designer/Architect Solution Architect and Developer
We are seeking a seasoned Senior ServiceNow Designer/Architect to lead the development and implementation of comprehensive ServiceNow solutions, focusing on our security and infrastructure automation mandate. Solution Design and Development
- A deep understanding of ServiceNow architecture, App Engine development, security, and integration best practices is required.
- The ability to chart the long-term roadmap for implemented solutions, staying up-to-date with the latest ServiceNow product capabilities and roadmaps is essential. Key Responsibilities:
- Design and architect comprehensive ServiceNow solutions aligning with business requirements and organizational goals.
- Create technical designs, including data models, workflows, and UX.
- Ensure solutions are scalable, maintainable, and compliant with industry, corporate, security, and regulatory standards.
- Continuously improve and leverage ServiceNow's ITOM module to enhance CMDB data accuracy and Asset Management practices. Application Development and Integration
The successful candidate will develop and maintain custom ServiceNow applications using App Engine, implement complex business logic, integrations, and automation workflows, and mentor junior developers and establish department best practices. Citizen Developer Enablement and Governance
We seek someone who can develop and implement strategies to empower citizen developers to create and maintain their own ServiceNow applications, provide training and support to citizen developers, and establish governance and best practices for citizen-developed applications. Technical Leadership and Stakeholder Management
The ideal candidate should have experience integrating ServiceNow with external systems and applications, utilizing industry-standard protocols and technologies for seamless data transfer and functionality, and strong technical guidance and support to junior developers.
