Job Title: ServiceNow Administrator
We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Administrator to join our organization. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in administering and enhancing the ServiceNow platform, with particular expertise in IT Service Management (ITSM) and Human Resources Service Delivery (HRSD) modules. Key Responsibilities:
- Administer and maintain the ServiceNow platform, including user roles, workflows, data policies, and access controls.
- Configure and support ITSM modules such as Incident, Problem, Change, Knowledge, and Request Management.
- Implement and manage HRSD features, including case management and employee self-service portals.
- Perform routine maintenance, upgrades, and performance tuning of the platform.
- Develop and support custom applications, workflows, business rules, client scripts, and UI policies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and design scalable solutions.
- Manage Service Catalog items, workflows, and automation capabilities.
- Ensure compliance with governance standards and security protocols.
- Monitor system performance and resolve technical issues proactively.
- Create and maintain system documentation, training guides, and support resources for end users. Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow administration.
- Proven experience with ITSM module configuration and management.
- Practical knowledge of HRSD and employee experience functionalities.
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture and best practices.
- Skilled in Workflows, Business Rules, UI Policies, and Client Scripts.
- Familiar with Service Catalog, Reporting, and Performance Analytics.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
