Job Title: ServiceNow Expert - Freelance/Project-Based Opportunity

We are seeking a highly experienced ServiceNow professional to collaborate with us on a flexible, freelance basis. This role can be done in conjunction with your current job and requires professionals with hands-on experience in key ServiceNow areas. Must-Have Experience:

• Implementation of 2 or more Configuration Management Databases (CMDBs)
• Implementation of 1 or more Common Service Data Models (CSDMs)
• Implementation of 1 or more Service Portfolio Managements (SPMs)

• The results and business impact of your work Skills We're Looking For:
• A strong understanding of CMDB structure, service mapping, and CSDM principles
• Experience working with Service Portfolio categories, service models, and lifecycle processes
• Independent, reliable, and comfortable collaborating remotely
