ServiceNow Administrator Role
This is a ServiceNow Administrator role that involves administering and maintaining the ServiceNow platform, including user roles, workflows, data policies, and access controls. The ideal candidate will have strong background in administering and enhancing the ServiceNow platform, with particular expertise in IT Service Management (ITSM) and Human Resources Service Delivery (HRSD) modules.
The key responsibilities of this role include configuring and supporting ITSM modules such as Incident, Problem, Change, Knowledge, and Request Management, implementing and managing HRSD features, including case management and employee self-service portals, performing routine maintenance, upgrades, and performance tuning of the platform, developing and supporting custom applications, workflows, business rules, client scripts, and UI policies, collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and design scalable solutions, managing Service Catalog items, workflows, and automation capabilities, ensuring compliance with governance standards and security protocols, and monitoring system performance and resolving technical issues proactively.
