ServiceNow ITBM Developer Position

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow developer with a strong background in IT business management and strategic portfolio management. The ideal candidate will have 5 to 10 years of experience in developing and implementing ServiceNow solutions from scratch, ensuring best practices and scalability.

Main Responsibilities:

• Develop, configure, and implement ServiceNow ITBM and SPM modules.
• Work on end-to-end ServiceNow implementations, designing and developing custom workflows, dashboards, and automation solutions.
• Perform ServiceNow integrations with third-party applications using REST/SOAP APIs, Web Services, and MID Server.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, project managers, and development teams to align ITBM solutions with business needs.
• Optimize system performance, security, and adherence to best practices.

Requirements:

• 5 to 10 years of experience in ServiceNow development and implementation.
• Expertise in ITBM (Project Portfolio Management, Demand Management, Agile Development) and SPM.
• Experience in implementing ServiceNow solutions from scratch.
• Proficiency in ServiceNow scripting and integrations (JavaScript, REST/SOAP APIs).
• Strong knowledge of ITSM and ITOM modules is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
