Key Expectations:

• Administrative and maintenance responsibilities for the ServiceNow platform.
• Configuration and support of ITSM modules, including Incident, Problem, Change, Knowledge, and Request Management.
• Implementation and management of HRSD features, such as case management and employee self-service portals.
• Development and support of custom applications, workflows, business rules, client scripts, and UI policies.
• Collaboration with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and design scalable solutions.
• Management of Service Catalog items, workflows, and automation capabilities.
• Compliance with governance standards and security protocols.
• System performance monitoring and proactive issue resolution.
• Creation and maintenance of system documentation, training guides, and support resources.
