ServiceNow Expert

Seeking a seasoned ServiceNow expert for freelance project-based work. This role can be done alongside your current job and is ideal for professionals with hands-on experience in key ServiceNow areas.

We are looking for an independent, reliable, and comfortable individual who can collaborate remotely. Must-Have Experience:

• At least 2 successful CMDB implementations
• 1 or more CSDM (Common Service Data Model) implementations
• 1 or more Service Portfolio Management (SPM) implementations

Detailed information about each implementation will be discussed during the interview. You will be asked to provide:

• Your exact role in each implementation
• The key decisions and challenges you handled
• The results and business impact of your work Key Skills We're Looking For:
• Strong understanding of CMDB structure, service mapping, and CSDM principles
• Experience working with Service Portfolio categories, service models, and lifecycle processes
