ServiceNow Technology Lead

We are seeking a highly experienced Technology Lead to design, develop, and support ServiceNow applications.

• Familiarity with ServiceNow business rules, client scripts, ACLs, UI policies, workflows, and SLAs is essential.
• Candidates must have hands-on experience with import sets, transform maps, REST API, and email integration. Key Responsibilities:
• Handle multiple queries from end-users, provide post-production maintenance support, and work closely with Service Request teams to resolve issues.
• Provide technical leadership in designing, developing, and implementing ServiceNow applications.

The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of ServiceNow processes, functionalities, and flows. Excellent knowledge of industry-standard methodologies like Waterfall and Agile is necessary.

Strong written and oral communication skills, combined with technical writing ability and experience working in large corporate environments, are essential for this role.
