Data-Driven ServiceNow Project Manager

A Business Analyst with expertise in ServiceNow and data-driven projects is required for a large-scale digital transformation initiative.

The project involves supporting the development and implementation of new processes and systems using the ServiceNow platform.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Ensuring that internal customer requirements are analyzed and reviewed, and product backlogs are managed.
• Supporting process design, platform configuration, and testing activities.
• Leading or assisting in workshops, demos, and UAT sessions.
• Proposing functional improvements to the ServiceNow platform.

• 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst/Product Manager/Product Owner on the ServiceNow platform.
• Expertise in ServiceNow modules: CSM, ITSM, CSDM.
• Experience with Data Mapping, Data Models, and API Integration.
• Strong understanding of ITIL and Agile SCRUM methodologies.
• Excellent communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable working in cross-cultural, distributed teams.
