ServiceNow IT Asset Management Specialist Position

We are looking for a highly skilled ServiceNow expert to drive innovation in our organization's IT Asset Management capabilities. This role requires a deep understanding of ServiceNow ITAM best practices and the ability to integrate with multiple systems.

• Key Responsibilities:
• Design and implement ServiceNow HRSD, CSM, ITSM solutions that meet business requirements.
• Establish and enforce best practices for IT Asset Management (ITAM) and Hardware Lifecycle Management.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define asset governance policies and reporting frameworks.
• Evaluate and resolve performance issues, integrations, and process gaps.
• Provide guidance and support to junior developers and administrators on HAM best practices.

Qualifications:

• 8+ years of ServiceNow experience, with 3+ years in HRSD, CSM, ITSM
• Comprehensive understanding of ITAM and ServiceNow CMDB.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Glide APIs, REST/SOAP Integrations).
• Knowledge of SAM, Procurement, and ITSM modules.
• Exceptional problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with SAM PRO and ITOM modules.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or Application Developer (CAD)
• Familiarity with ServiceNow Flow Designer, MID Server, and data normalization tools.
