We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow professional to design, implement, and optimize asset management solutions within the ServiceNow platform. \

The ideal candidate will possess deep technical knowledge of ServiceNow IT Asset Management best practices, as well as experience with integrations to third-party systems. \

About the Role \

• Lead the design and implementation of ServiceNow HRSD, CSM, ITSM solutions, ensuring alignment with business requirements.
• Develop and implement best practices for IT Asset Management (ITAM) and Hardware Lifecycle Management.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define asset governance, policies, and reporting frameworks.
• Ensure seamless data migration, normalization, and reconciliation processes.
• Troubleshoot and resolve performance issues, integrations, and process gaps.
• Work with cross-functional teams to enhance the ServiceNow platform and align with enterprise IT goals. \

Key Responsibilities: \

• Design and implement ServiceNow solutions that meet business needs.
• Develop and maintain IT Asset Management best practices.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define asset governance.
• Ensure data migration and reconciliation processes.
• Troubleshoot and resolve performance issues. \

Required Skills & Qualifications \

• 8+ years of ServiceNow experience, with 3+ years in HRSD, CSM, ITSM.
• Strong understanding of IT Asset Management (ITAM) and ServiceNow CMDB.
• Experience integrating ServiceNow HAM with discovery tools, SCCM, JAMF, and vendor APIs.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Glide APIs, REST/SOAP Integrations).
• Knowledge of SAM (Software Asset Management), Procurement, and ITSM modules.
• Strong understanding of compliance, audit, and financial tracking within ITAM.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
