We require a highly skilled technical specialist to join our team and work on various aspects of ServiceNow application development.

This role involves developing and implementing custom applications within the HRSD module, as well as working on ITSM, CMDB, and integrations.

• Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement custom applications within the HRSD module.
• Work on ITSM, CMDB, and integrations.
• Design and manage CSM integrations, incident management, case management, request management, change management, and other ITSM-related tasks.
• Configure and maintain ITAM, HAM, and SAM modules.
• Expected Outcomes:
• Contribute to SecOps initiatives in a collaborative environment.
• Support SAM and SAM PRO implementations.
• Collaborate on ITSM, FSM, and ServiceNow upgrade projects.
• Implement FSM solutions.
• Develop Integration Hub & SPO (Sourcing and Procurement Operations) integrations.
