ServiceNow AI/ML Solution Architect

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Architect to support the implementation and optimization of AI/ML features on the ServiceNow platform.

Key Responsibilities:

• Fine-tune Agent Workspace for improved user experience and system performance.
• Refine predictive intelligence models to deliver accurate and contextually relevant recommended actions in Agent Workspace.
• Improve AI Search functionality for both agents and end-users to return more meaningful and accurate results.
• Lead the technical architecture and UX design for implementing ServiceNow Virtual Agent, ensuring seamless integration and usability.
• Leverage Task Intelligence to enhance and streamline case routing, reducing resolution times and increasing operational efficiency.

Candidate Requirements:

• Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow AI/ML features, including Predictive Intelligence, Virtual Agent, AI Search, and Task Intelligence.
• Proven track record in Agent Workspace customization and UX enhancements.
• Experience with ServiceNow architecture, including data modeling and performance tuning.
• Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders.

This is a part-time role requiring approximately 10 hours of work per week. The position allows for remote work and has ongoing duration.
