Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced ServiceNow administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in administering and enhancing the ServiceNow platform, with particular expertise in IT Service Management (ITSM) and Human Resources Service Delivery (HRSD) modules.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer and maintain the ServiceNow platform, including user roles, workflows, data policies, and access controls.
  • Configure and support ITSM modules such as Incident, Problem, Change, Knowledge, and Request Management.
  • Implement and manage HRSD features, including case management and employee self-service portals.
  • Perform routine maintenance, upgrades, and performance tuning of the platform.
  • Develop and support custom applications, workflows, business rules, client scripts, and UI policies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and design scalable solutions.
  • Manage Service Catalog items, workflows, and automation capabilities.
  • Ensure compliance with governance standards and security protocols.
  • Monitor system performance and resolve technical issues proactively.
  • Create and maintain system documentation, training guides, and support resources for end users.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow administration.
  • Proven experience with ITSM module configuration and management.
  • Practical knowledge of HRSD and employee experience functionalities.
  • Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture and best practices.
  • Skilled in Workflows, Business Rules, UI Policies, and Client Scripts.
  • Familiar with Service Catalog, Reporting, and Performance Analytics.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).
  • Additional certifications in ITSM, HRSD, or related modules.
  • Experience working in Agile and/or ITIL-based environments.
