About the Role

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Administrator to join our team. This is a key role in ensuring our ServiceNow environment runs smoothly.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in administering and enhancing the ServiceNow platform, with particular expertise in IT Service Management (ITSM) and Human Resources Service Delivery (HRSD) modules.

  • Administer and maintain the ServiceNow platform, including user roles, workflows, data policies, and access controls.
  • Configure and support ITSM modules such as Incident, Problem, Change, Knowledge, and Request Management.
  • Implement and manage HRSD features, including case management and employee self-service portals.
  • Perform routine maintenance, upgrades, and performance tuning of the platform.
  • Develop and support custom applications, workflows, business rules, client scripts, and UI policies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and design scalable solutions.
  • Manage Service Catalog items, workflows, and automation capabilities.
  • Ensure compliance with governance standards and security protocols.
  • Monitor system performance and resolve technical issues proactively.
  • Create and maintain system documentation, training guides, and support resources for end users.
