About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow ITSM Developer to join our team. As a key member of our development team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing technical solutions on the ServiceNow platform.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop technical solutions on the ServiceNow platform
• Configure ServiceNow applications in alignment with approved design plans
• Develop software solutions using JavaScript, Jelly, and web services
• Familiarity with SQL query creation and LDAP Query for connecting to and pulling data from databases
• Experience with developing repeatable processes to design development, test, staging, and production environments that are reliable with high availability
• Maintain and administer technical solutions on the ServiceNow platform

Requirements:

• Strong understanding of ServiceNow ITSM concepts and best practices
• 5+ years of experience in developing and implementing technical solutions on the ServiceNow platform
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodology and ITIL/industry standards
• ServiceNow Certified Systems Administrator (CSA) certification
