ServiceNow Platform Developer

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on development experience on the ServiceNow platform, with a strong focus on CMDB and Discovery module. About the Role

This role involves designing, developing, and customizing ServiceNow modules, as well as implementing and optimizing ServiceNow Discovery. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of ITIL processes and Configuration Management. Key Responsibilities

• System Integration: Develop and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and external systems for automated data population.
• Configuration Management: Maintain CI data quality by creating and updating identification rules, reconciliation rules, and business services mapping.
• Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot Discovery and CMDB issues, analyze logs, and resolve data inconsistencies.
• Scripting: Develop scripts, business rules, client scripts, and UI policies for improved automation and data integrity.
• Audit and Compliance: Perform regular audits and data quality checks for the CMDB. Requirements
• Technical Skills: Strong experience in ServiceNow CMDB and Discovery module, proficient in JavaScript, and experience with REST/SOAP APIs.
• Business Acumen: Good knowledge of ServiceNow platform architecture and data model, and understanding of ITIL processes.
