Metrics Specialist - ServiceNow IRM/GRC

We are seeking an experienced metrics specialist to join our team. This individual will work closely with stakeholders to develop and implement metrics and dashboards in ServiceNow. Main Responsibilities:

• Capture and document metrics requirements from stakeholders.
• Analyze data needs and collaborate with the integration team to source necessary data.
• Translate user requirements into ServiceNow Metrics module logic.
• Develop and implement dashboards in ServiceNow, ensuring accurate data presentation.
• Evaluate and improve data generation processes as needed.
• Determine the most effective methods for presenting metrics and associated data to stakeholders.
• Work closely with stakeholders to ensure accurate data presentation and dashboard design.

Required Skills:

• Good understanding of data and metrics, preferably using ServiceNow metrics capability.
• Knowledge of either the ServiceNow IRM or GRC modules.
• Experience in representing data, such as dashboards and reports.
