System Administrator - ServiceNow Platform Expert

RapidBrains is seeking a skilled and proactive System Administrator to manage the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in administering and enhancing the platform, with expertise in IT Service Management (ITSM) and Human Resources Service Delivery (HRSD) modules. Key Responsibilities

  • Platform Administration: Administer and maintain the ServiceNow platform, including user roles, workflows, data policies, and access controls.
  • ITSM Configuration: Configure and support ITSM modules such as Incident, Problem, Change, Knowledge, and Request Management.
  • HRSD Implementation: Implement and manage HRSD features, including case management and employee self-service portals.
  • Maintenance and Performance: Perform routine maintenance, upgrades, and performance tuning of the platform.
  • Custom Application Development: Develop and support custom applications, workflows, business rules, client scripts, and UI policies.
  • Collaboration and Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and design scalable solutions.
  • Service Catalog Management: Manage Service Catalog items, workflows, and automation capabilities.
  • Compliance and Security: Ensure compliance with governance standards and security protocols.
  • Technical Issue Resolution: Monitor system performance and resolve technical issues proactively.
  • Documentation and Support: Create and maintain system documentation, training guides, and support resources for end users. Required Qualifications
  • ServiceNow Experience: Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow administration.
  • ITSM Module Configuration: Proven experience with ITSM module configuration and management.
  • HRSD Knowledge: Practical knowledge of HRSD and employee experience functionalities.
  • ServiceNow Architecture: Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture and best practices.
  • Skills and Certifications: Skilled in Workflows, Business Rules, UI Policies, and Client Scripts. Familiar with Service Catalog, Reporting, and Performance Analytics. Preferred Qualifications
  • Certified System Administrator: ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).
  • Additional Certifications: Additional certifications in ITSM, HRSD, or related modules.
  • Awareness of Agile and ITIL: Experience working in Agile and/or ITIL-based environments.
