ServiceNow Business Capability Mapping and Application Portfolio Implementation Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced ServiceNow Business Capability Mapping, Application Portfolio Implementation, Enterprise Architecture, and Configuration Management Database (CMDB) Process Maintenance Specialist.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining business capability maps, implementing application portfolio management, ensuring robust enterprise architecture practices, and maintaining the CMDB processes within our organization.

This role requires a deep understanding of ServiceNow, enterprise architecture frameworks, application portfolio management methodologies, and CMDB best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Business Capability Mapping: Develop and maintain comprehensive business capability maps to align IT services with business objectives.
• Application Portfolio Implementation: Lead the implementation and management of the application portfolio within the ServiceNow platform.
• CMDB Process Maintenance: Oversee the maintenance and accuracy of the Configuration Management Database (CMDB) within the ServiceNow platform.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Master's degree is a plus.
• Proven experience in business capability mapping, application portfolio management, enterprise architecture, and CMDB process maintenance.
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform and its capabilities.
• Familiarity with enterprise architecture frameworks such as TOGAF, Zachman, or FEAF.
