Title: Program Manager ServiceNow Integration

Location: Miramar FL , hybrid onsite

Duration: 6+ Months

Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Program Manager with deep hands-on experience in ServiceNow integrations and a strong background in Agile methodologies. This role will lead high-impact cross-portfolio programs and coordinate across multiple streams of work, driving forward initiatives tied to enterprise architecture and systems integration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage end-to-end ServiceNow integrations with existing enterprise tools (e.g., S/4HANA, contract/legal tools).
• Drive cross-functional alignment across portfolio leads and technical stakeholders.
• Serve as a central point of coordination for initiatives spanning ITSM, ITOM, and related ServiceNow modules.
• Manage timelines, risks, deliverables, and dependencies across portfolios.
• Apply Agile practices to keep projects on track while aligning with traditional program management methodologies.
• Facilitate collaboration across teams and herd the cats where needed to ensure momentum.
• Report on progress, flag escalations, and provide visibility to senior leadership.

Must-Have Qualifications:

• Program or Project Management experience.
• Proven experience leading ServiceNow integrations (not just as a user).
• Experience coordinating large-scale enterprise programs across portfolios.
• Agile exposure (Scrum, SAFe, or similar methodologies).
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills ability to manage stakeholders and cross-team dependencies.

Preferred Qualifications:

• PMP or equivalent certification (highly preferred).
• Agile certifications (e.g., CSM, SAFe) a plus.
• Experience with S/4HANA integrations.
• Background in contract/legal tool integrations a plus.
• Familiarity with multiple ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITOM, etc.).
