We are seeking an innovative communications professional to develop and oversee the strategic, integrated communications plan for ServiceNow's Chief Workforce Innovation Officer (CWIO), the Global Workforce Innovation and Culture program, and the RiseUp with ServiceNow initiative. The ideal candidate will have a passion for storytelling and the ability to craft emotional, AI-enabled, people-focused stories that inspire and engage our audiences, aligning with the CWIO's voice and opinions.The role involves managing the CWIO's executive messaging platform, aligning it with ServiceNow's brand voice and strategies, and advancing these narratives through employee experiences, external speaking opportunities, thought leadership content, bylines, and social media. You will also lead the communications plan for the Global Workforce Innovation and Culture program, including initiatives to foster belonging internally and amplify the RiseUp initiative, focusing on workforce advancement for untapped talent. Collaboration with various teams such as Public Relations, Content, Social Media, Employee Communications, and Brand/Marketing is essential to create and amplify measurable results.How you'll do it:Strategy:Lead the communications strategy for the CWIO and GWIC teams, building and executing an integrated plan that includes executive branding and narrative development.Create executive visibility programs, including scripts, speeches, videos, and social media plans.Prepare executives with rehearsals, scripts, and storyboards, managing the overall schedule.Develop communication strategies on workforce and culture issues.Visibility and collaboration:Ensure message alignment across the Global Communications team for all audiences.Partner with senior leaders and teams to align strategies and amplify messages.Manage external agencies and collaborate with various internal teams to ensure cohesive communication.Project management:Drive the strategy for the Global Impact and Culture Report, working cross-functionally to develop content.Leverage listening tools and insights for continuous improvement.Integrate AI into communication processes where applicable.Qualifications:12+ years in corporate communications, public relations, marketing, or executive communications.Experience with culture, social impact, and issue management communications.Ability to adapt in a fast-paced, changing environment, especially in tech companies.Proven experience in developing and executing multi-channel communication strategies.Strong storytelling, messaging, and writing skills.Ability to work with C-suite executives and manage multiple projects.BS/BA degree; MBA or advanced degree preferred.Additional benefits and compensation details are available, including health plans, 401(k), and flexible work arrangements.#J-18808-Ljbffr
