Bosch team is looking for ServiceNow solution architect who will be leading the design, research and analysis within ServiceNow framework, with the emphasis on IT Service Management development solutions, providing the technical directions and best practices, design citizen development solution and service standardization, meeting customer demands and setting priority driven by Bosch IT strategies and processes. This role will also provide the technical consultation for customers, customer support group and implementation teams.

Responsibility:

Design, develop, test, and document robust solutions, including ITSM, ITOM, UI customization and interfaces utilizing ServiceNow platform

Ability to develop data modeling and design

Translate user and architectural requirements into secure, well-tested implementations

Build-up standalone application consuming ServiceNow Web Services and APIs

Ability to consume RESTFul Web Service in combination with ServiceNow

Supporting ServiceNow platform configuration and growth direction

Conduct full SDLC to develop, unit-test, deploy, maintain codebases and peer review code changes

Resolve tough problems with the ideal solution, partnering effectively with various team members along the way

Remain up-to-date on industry trends, share knowledge among teams and abide by industry best practices

Work collaboratively with teams across multiple time zones and locations
