We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow developer to fill a key role in our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in configuring and customizing ServiceNow HRSD applications, including screen tailoring, workflow administration, report setup, data imports, LDAP integration, custom scripting, and third-party software integrations. Responsibilities:

• Create, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications for new and existing implementations.
• Develop ServiceNow HRSD software solutions that meet the needs of our business.
• Configure out-of-the-box workflows and create/maintain custom workflows that streamline our operations.
• Perform system and integration testing to ensure seamless functionality.
• Perform upgrades and customizations of the ServiceNow platform applications.
• Create and maintain technical documentation that is accurate and up-to-date.
• Integrate ServiceNow HRSD application(s) with third-party systems/applications via APIs. Requirements:
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Strong math and analytical skills.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies.
• Familiarity with SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) processes.
• Proficient in developing workflows, custom web services, custom notifications, assessments, and custom apps.
