Senior ServiceNow Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior ServiceNow Developer to drive the implementation of IT service management solutions.

This role requires close collaboration with business stakeholders and subject matter experts. Key responsibilities include:

• Designing and implementing complex ServiceNow deployments aligned to industry best practices.
• Translating functional and technical requirements into implementation work packages.

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess: Essential Qualifications:

• No less than 5 years of experience in development and scripting, configuration, validation, and deployment.
• No less than 5 years of experience in implementing IT service management processes and enterprise service management.
• No less than 4 years of experience in capturing requirements related to consulting, documenting, and mapping current business processes.
• Working knowledge of all aspects of ServiceNow applications development and REST API-based integrations with third-party applications.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to describe technical solutions in terms of the business.
• Experience working in a multi-vendor development environment.
• The ability to interact cross-functionally on matters requiring coordination across the organization and collaborate well with other groups, sharing information voluntarily.
• Experience working with the ServiceNow platform for global customers. Preferred Qualifications:
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD).
• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) in ITSM or any other module.

This role involves sitting and working at a computer for extended periods. You should be able to communicate by telephone, email, or face-to-face.
