ServiceNow Product Owner

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a product owner. In this role, you will be responsible for translating business requirements into technical functionality and ensuring compliance with internal policies. You will work closely with business users and stakeholders to enhance products and collaborate with the servicenow support team to implement and test new features. Main Responsibilities:

• Develop user stories that meet customer needs and align with business objectives.
• Maintain accurate documentation of product features, workflows, and enhancements.
• Provide guidance and support to end-users as subject matter expert.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and manage risks to release scope, schedule, budget, and quality.
• Collaborate with the servicenow support team to ensure seamless implementation and testing.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as business administration, computer science, or engineering.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role with proven track record of success.
• Strong understanding of business operations and ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders.
• Excellent collaboration and problem-solving skills.
