• HAM and SAM
• CIS-Discovery
• CIS-Service Mapping
• Can speak to and navigate the CSDM
• Proficient in flow designer
• Can create basic and advanced business rules
• Can speak to the difference between related CIs and referenced CIs
• Can speak to a handful of basic use cases for configuration items in ITIL processes
• Can describe the difference between discoverable and non-discoverable attributes
• Can speak to where in the ServiceNow platform we define the rules for which CIs create assets and which CIs do not
