• 8+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer developing ServiceNow solutions across all platform applications, including ITSM, ITOM, Asset Mgt, ITBM, CSM, SecOps, GRC, and HR
• 5+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Solutions Architect
• 5+ years of experience with integrating ServiceNow with other applications or data sources
• 5+ years of experience in designing and leading complex solutions and integrations
• 3+ years of experience leading development teams
• Extensive understanding of system architecture and design principles
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Experience with the US Federal Government
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust
• Experience with Project Management, requirements management and Agile development practices
• ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect or Certified Master Architect preferred
• Certification in one or more additional mainline certifications, with preference for the following:
• Certified System Administrator
• Certified Application Developer
• CIS Customer Service Management
• CIS IT Service Management
• CIS Discovery
• CIS Service Mapping
• CIS Strategic Portfolio Management
• CIS Application Portfolio Management
• CIS Software Asset Management
• CIS Hardware Asset Management

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Web development, including technologies such as X-HTML, CSS3, SQL, XML, Angular and JavaScript, PHP, .NET, or Java
• Experience with implementing Java scripting to support automation across the various modules in ServiceNow
• Experience with REST and SOAP web service protocols
• Experience with Business Rules, workflow, Identification Rules, Workspaces and external Portals
• Knowledge of SAML, Active Directory, or LDAP
• ServiceNow developer Certification, including ITSM, ITOM, Asset Mgt, ITBM, CSM, SecOps, GRC, TRM/APM or HR Certification
• Project Management or Agile certification
• ITILv4 Foundations Certification
