???? Key Responsibilities:

✔ Design, architect, and implement scalable ServiceNow solutions across modules like ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, ITAM, CSM

✔ Hands-on with HAM Pro, SAM Pro, CMDB, Service Portal, Integration Hub

✔ Lead PoCs, workshops, and solution design sessions

✔ Integrate ServiceNow with third-party APIs (REST/SOAP)

✔ Ensure platform governance, automation, and security best practices

✔ Mentor junior engineers, collaborate with stakeholders, and lead MSP transitions

✔ Strong documentation, troubleshooting, and solutioning expertise

✔ Deep understanding of software licensing models (Microsoft, Oracle, etc.)

???? Required Qualifications:

???? ServiceNow CSA (Certified System Administrator) – Required

???? ServiceNow CIS (Certified Implementation Specialist) – Preferred

???? Strong experience with Flow Designer, Business Rules, UI Policies, Script Includes

???? Excellent communication & stakeholder management skills
