About the Role:
We’re looking for a highly skilled ServiceNow Developer with expertise in Financial Services Operations (FSO) to join our project team. You’ll play a critical role in designing and delivering robust solutions on the ServiceNow platform to support key financial processes such as Disputes, Money Movement, and Case Management.
This is a technical and consultative role that offers the opportunity to work on impactful, enterprise-grade solutions within a collaborative environment.
???? Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions in line with user needs and best practices
- Provide technical leadership and expert-level troubleshooting
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and refine requirements
- Develop and optimize workflows, integrations, and custom applications
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to knowledge-sharing
- Stay updated on ServiceNow releases and new capabilities
- Support project planning and may lead key initiatives
✅ Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 4–5+ years of hands-on experience as a ServiceNow Developer
- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform architecture and modules
- Deep experience in FSO workflows:
- Disputes and issue resolution
- Money Movement operations
- Case Management
- Skilled in Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and application customization
- Solid understanding of REST/SOAP APIs for integrations
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Experience in Agile/Scrum environments is a plus

- ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CAD, etc.)
- BFSI domain experience
- Experience in client-facing roles
