Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a ServiceNow Consultant located in Jaipur, HYD, Noida. The ServiceNow Consultant will be responsible for delivering end-to-end ServiceNow solutions, including consultation, implementation, and post-implementation support. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing business requirements, designing and developing ServiceNow applications, managing projects, and integrating ServiceNow with other systems. The role involves close collaboration with clients to ensure solutions meet their business objectives and provide exceptional service experiences.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Software Development and Integration
• Experience in any of module like ITOM, GRC, S2P, BPC, ITAM, SecOps, PA & VA and Service Now AI processes.
• Knowledge of Database management and operations
• Strong Project Management skills
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Effective communication and collaboration skills
• Experience in ServiceNow platform preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
