We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Business Analyst to join our team at innova-solutions. This role is ideal for individuals with hands-on experience in the Business Analyst/Product Manager/Product Owner space on the ServiceNow platform. About the Role

• 4+ years of experience in a Business Analyst/Product Manager/Product Owner role on the ServiceNow platform
• Hands-on experience with CSM (Case Management and related processes, CSM Portal) and ITSM (incident, request) Key Responsibilities
• Implement and manage business processes on the ServiceNow platform
• Develop and maintain knowledge of the ServiceNow Platform, including CSDM, Data Mapping and Data models, API Integration, and ITIL
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver large transformation projects
• Apply Agile SCRUM methodologies to drive project success Requirements
• Strong understanding of business analysis principles and practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience with large transformation projects is a plus
