This is a contract position that demands exceptional expertise in ServiceNow's core applications, shared capabilities, and CMDB. Key Skills and Responsibilities

• Prowess in portal management and customization, including customer and employee portals
• Proficiency in integrating third-party tools with ServiceNow using scripted APIs and Integration Hub
• Mastery of developing workflows, forms, and customizations using Workspaces, UI Builder, and Flow Designer
• Experience in managing Case, Incident, and Request, as well as defining and setting up the Service Catalog
• 6+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow CSM and ITSM
