: ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and Certified Application Developer (CAD).

• ServiceNow certifications in ITSM, CSM, ITOM, and Virtual Agent

. Experience with AI & Automation in ServiceNow (Now Assist, Predictive Intelligence, and Machine Learning models).

• Exposure to Agile methodologies, DevOps, and CI/CD pipelines for ServiceNow development

. Write and maintain server-side scripts (Script Includes, Business Rules, Scheduled Jobs, etc.) andclient-side scripts (UI Policies, Client Scripts, UI Actions, etc.).

• Create and optimize Workflows, Flow Designer, and Business Processes.
• Work with Security & Access Control (ACLs, Roles, and Groups) to ensure data protection and compliance
