Role Overview
A ServiceNow consultant is responsible for designing, developing, and supporting ServiceNow’s Virtual Agent (chatbot) solutions, integrating with ITSM modules and enhancing user self-service capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and configure ServiceNow Virtual Agent and custom chat workflows.
- Integrate Virtual Agent with ITSM modules (Incident, Request, Change).
- Implement NLP (Natural Language Processing) and topic modeling for chat conversations.
- Collaborate with ServiceNow developers and UX designers to improve user experience.
- Create and maintain Virtual Agent Designer flows and decision trees.
- Configure integrations with third-party chat platforms (e.g., Microsoft Teams, Slack).
- Analyze performance metrics and continuously optimize Virtual Agent behavior.
