Role: Zscaler Project Manager Developer

Location: Kansas, KS Bellevue, WA or Texas (Onsite)

Duration: Contract

Must Have Certifications:

• Zscaler Certified Cloud Professional (ZCCP-IA, ZCCP-PA) or equivalent Zscaler certifications.
• Skill 1 7+ years of experience in Security Engineering, IT Operations, or Network Security with a focus on process development and documentation.
• Skill 2 Strong hands-on knowledge of Zscaler technologies, including ZIA (Zscaler Internet Access), ZPA (Zscaler Private Access), ZCC (Zscaler Client Connector), and their administrative workflows.
• Skill 3 Expertise in developing and maintaining process documentation, runbooks, SOPs, and policy guidance for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Skill 4 Solid understanding of Zero Trust principles, MFA (Multi-Factor Authentication), role-based access models, and disaster recovery concepts.
• Skill 5 Experience with version control systems like Git/GitLab and ITSM tools such as ServiceNow, Jira.
