ServiceNow Workflow Optimization Expert

We are looking for an expert in ServiceNow workflow optimization to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of ServiceNow development, including design, coding, testing, debugging, and refining software solutions to optimize system performance. This position requires the ability to analyze and implement workflows for various business functions, develop and configure ServiceNow applications, and ensure adherence to best practices and out-of-the-box capabilities.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and configure ServiceNow applications to meet business and functional requirements.
• Analyze and implement workflows for finance, accounting, personnel, logistics, and contracts functions.
• Design, code, test, debug, and refine software solutions to optimize system performance.
• Ensure adherence to best practices and ServiceNow out-of-the-box capabilities for scalability and maintainability.
• Provide technical direction to junior developers, ensuring project deadlines are met.
• Assist in the development and implementation of integrations and API connections for ServiceNow applications.
• Prepare technical documentation for user and system workflows.
• Troubleshoot and resolve software issues, optimizing system efficiency and security.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in software development.
• 3+ years of experience in ServiceNow development.
• Understanding of Java and its application in software development.
• 4+ years of experience in a development lead role.
• Familiarity with Integration and API Development.
• ServiceNow Certified Systems Administrator.
• 1+ ServiceNow Implementation Specialist and/or Application Developer Certifications.
• ICAgile Certified Professional (ICP) or Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification.
• CompTIA Security+ (Required for IT1 Administrators only).
