We are looking for a driven and strategic ServiceNow Business Development Manager who brings a solid blend of presales, solutions, and customer engagement experience — especially within the BFSI domain. This role is key in crafting IRM-driven solutions for enterprise clients, enabling them to navigate today’s dynamic compliance, risk, and operational landscapes through ServiceNow.

Must-Have Skills

• 10+ years in IT, with 5+ years in ServiceNow ecosystem, and 2+ years in presales/solutions
• Deep experience with ServiceNow IRM, SecOps, and TPRM
• Strong grasp of CMDB, CSDM, ITAM, Enterprise Architecture
• Hands-on understanding of AI/GenAI/Agentic AI use cases
• Domain expertise in Security, Risk, and Compliance for Banking & Insurance
• Knowledge of regulatory environments in North America
• ServiceNow certifications (CAS + at least one more)

✨ Preferred Experience

• Familiarity with tools like Archer, MetricStream, OneTrust
• Solutioning experience in complex ServiceNow MSP/federated/shared models
• Strong relationship-building and storytelling skills for presales engagements
• Team leadership in matrix environments with onshore-offshore models

???? What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead presales & solutions for ServiceNow across IRM, IT Ops, and BFSI operations
• Craft tailored value propositions and responses to RFPs and proactive deals
• Build and nurture client and partner relationships (ServiceNow field teams)
• Lead strategic consultative engagements and amplify organizational offerings

Location: Edison, NJ (Hybrid: 2-3 days onsite preferred)

Travel: Up to 20%
