Role Description

This is a full-time Senior Consultant ServiceNow role that is based in Noida, India, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Senior Consultant will manage and deliver ServiceNow solutions, including implementation, configuration, and customization. Responsibilities include leading projects, providing technical guidance, working closely with clients to understand their requirements, developing and optimizing workflows, integrating ServiceNow modules, and ensuring project deliverables meet quality and timeline expectations. The role also involves mentoring junior consultants and staying updated with the latest ServiceNow features and best practices.

Qualifications

• Experience in ServiceNow implementation, configuration, and customization
• Proficiency in developing and optimizing workflows and integrating ServiceNow modules
• Strong project management, leadership, and client relationship skills
• Ability to provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior consultants
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Relevant certifications in ServiceNow
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
