ServiceNow Pre-sales / Solution Consultant / Architect

Roles & Responsibilities :

• Experience in building ServiceNow solutions for multiple modules. Have good knowledge on ServiceNow product lines and structure.

• Should have experience in handling end to end pre-sales cycle for ServiceNow specific solutions

• Expertise in creating commercial proposals and end to end effort/resource estimations for ServiceNow Platform from technical standpoint

• Have appropriate knowledge and experience about ServiceNow License structure and SKUs

• Hands on experience in building proposal and license SOWs for ServiceNow Product

• Good knowledge about latest ServiceNow features and upgrades

• Must have end to end knowledge about atleast 2 ServiceNow products

• Experience in delivering client demonstrations for ServiceNow modules

Certifications :

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (Mandatory)

• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (Good to have)
