ServiceNow DevOps Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned ServiceNow Developer to join our team. As a Security Operations and Vulnerability Response specialist, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing ServiceNow solutions that ensure seamless integrations with security tools.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and configure ServiceNow Security Operations (SecOps) and Vulnerability Response (VR) modules
• Design and implement Workflows, Business Rules, UI Policies, UI Actions, ACLs, and other ServiceNow components
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to the platform
• Implement and configure Security Incident Response (SIR), Threat Intelligence (TI), and Vulnerability Response (VR) modules in ServiceNow
• Integrate ServiceNow with security tools such as Qualys, Tenable, Splunk, CrowdStrike, Palo Alto, or other SIEM and vulnerability scanners
• Automate the security incident lifecycle, from detection to remediation

Requirements:

• Strong hands-on experience in ServiceNow scripting, development, and customization
• Experience with Security Incident Response (SIR), Threat Intelligence (TI), and Vulnerability Response (VR) modules
• Integration skills with security tools such as Qualys, Tenable, Splunk, SIEM tools, and other security platforms
• Scripting and development skills in JavaScript, Glide API, AngularJS, REST/SOAP API, and automation frameworks
